In 1998, our founder, Pierre Francis Roy, began his career in quality control for Parmalat Canada in Montreal. He took charge of the initial stages of a quality control system, which he supported for 18 years. This experience inspired the creation of a modern version of this system to fill a gap in the specialized software market.

He quickly noticed that many small and medium-sized businesses were struggling to find reliable and accessible software solutions tailored to their specific needs.
